    What You Will Do

    • Your ultimate role is to create our identity and figure out the way people will get to know us, everything else is just details.
    • Own, from start to finish, the whole marketing and communication division of Criystal: Strategic marketing roadmap, Conduct market research, Create customer feedback & validation loop.
    • Growth hacking to build our user base and create an engagement/retention loops and campaigns: utilize data and user behavior to retain users.
    • Build a comprehensive online social brand & presence that leverages all digital marketing channels.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

    What You Will Do

    • This role will involve working heavily with the current team to provide medical directives and insights for algorithm design and being involved in future Intellectual Property submissions.
    • You will partner closely with the non-medical team as the key clinical subject matter expert to help Criystal advance from the development stage to the go to market stage in October. You might be involved with PR, Marketing and Business counterparts.
    • This role also requires providing additional support through your network and contacts for addressing areas we're not experts in (ex: brain clarity)
    • We expect your roles and responsibilities to grow as the team grows. Additionally, we might ask you to participate in fundraising meetings.
